“What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.”
— Karl Lagerfeld
I cannot remember myself not taking photos to be honest. From a little pink film camera in my birthday sock to when I decided to do what I love full time.
After school life started off with a bang and I traveled the world for a few years (the bug has bitten and will never let me go) needless to say, thank you bug. I Finished my degree in fine art and fashion and went on to doing a few more diplomas in marketing and photography. My (now upgraded) camera never leaving my side, I took the leap and decided to capture others special moments to share and cherish for years to come....
Real moments, true stories and a lifetime of memories is what I aim to capture. I am a strong believer in building relationships with my clients, to know them and their love/ life story. (we tend to do this over some wine)
Getting to know a couple makes all the difference, I also get to make a bunch of new friends!!
if i was a bird
I would be a very confused and tired bird. Flying back and forth from the ocean to the bush veld as it is impossible for me to even fathom the idea of choosing.
the small things in life
My eyes and heart tend to see and appreciate the small things in life, the cheeky smile just before she walks down the isle, A moment shared between friends and dirty feet that brought you there after an adventure.
My goal is to be filthy rich. Rich in adventure, in health, in knowledge, in laughter, in family,in friendships and in love.
